Result and efficiency achieved
As an organization, the client had tried numerous attempts to collect the data of the community as a whole. But all the time, the channels and methods they tried were conventional. But with our platform, they were able to get data from the intended source, and also were able to achieve a real-time and a proper communication paradigm.
Solution absent scenario
The client had to resort to the regular conventional methods for both data collection and communication, which, most of the time, was difficult to manage and hard to update.
Highly complex and large hierarchical organizations have their own work culture, and systems and processes. Integrating digital solutions into those systems requires a good understanding of their culture and limitations, and we need to keep that in mind when designing a solution. For a solution to succeed, their features need to be in line with their vision.
